The MSA has officially announced the Stop-Use on Redpoint and Auto-Belay Descenders
A Stop-Use Notice has been issued on Redpoint and Auto-Belay Descenders on 14 October 2009. According to the MSA record, all affected Redpoint and Auto-Belay purchasers have been duly informed. The results of the conducted investigation as well as the product users' safety left the MSA no choice but to make the uneasy decision to discontinue Redpoint.
The company has initiated a reimbursement program for all eligible Redpoint and Auto-Belay Descenders.

Walltopia is building the competition climbing wall for the annual Skymasters competiton at The Ordnance Survey Outdoors Show in Brimnigham, UK taking place on 27 March 2009
The unique SkyMasters climbing wall is suspended from the ceiling of the NEC and forms an entirely overhanging route, with climbers having to negotiate immensely challenging obstacles to reach the finish.
The SkyMasters is a truly stunning spectacle and for 2009 will be even more exciting as climbers will race head to head on parallel routes.

The IFSC homologated Speed wall is the only wall used to compete for the World Record in Speed and the only wall used in International IFSC Championships.

Walltopia's NEW Factory
The second stage of construction of Walltopia's new factory has finished. It is situated in the town of Letnitsa, Bulgaria.
The 10,000 sq meter facility will be the largest climbing wall factory in Europe.
